Make Full Moon Water

Moon Water is water that has been energetically charged by the moonlight. Full Moon Water is the most common used type of moon water and it is said that using can help amplify your intentions and manifestations.

How to Make Moon Water:

  • Gather Materials: Get a clean and sanitized glass container with a lid and choose the source of your water. If you plan to drink your moon water, be sure to only use water that is safe to drink.
  • Prepare: Place your jar of water and add anything extra you may want like water safe crystals and dried herbs.
  • Set Intentions: Set your intentions by writing them down to place beneath the water or by meditating with the water in hands
  • Soak up Moonlight: Set your prepared water out to be infused with the moonlight. You can place it in a window sill or outside if you have a secure place like a backyard or balcony. It’s okay if the sky is cloudy or the moon is directly visible.
  • Collect and Use: Collect your moon water in the morning and use it to enhance your intention stetting.

Releasing Journaling

Journaling is a great way to work through your emotions and release pent up energy. The full moon is a good time to reflect on the last few weeks and make a list of things you want to let go of and that didn’t work out. This can be anything from bad habits, situations and negative patterns. Think specifically about things related to your new moon intentions and your manifestations how letting go of these things can help you move forward with achieving your goals.

Full Moon Ritual Bath

Full moon baths are a great way to fully relax into the full moon vibes and release lingering tension. During the new moon, I suggested a cleansing detox bath but for the full moon I suggest you to indulge in your most luxury bath. Pull out your bath bombs, epsom salts and dried herbs and create a sacred, magical space to soak in. You can coordinate that bath elements to correspond with the themes of the current full moon to amplify your intentions and fully connect with the current energy. Here are some ideas of scents and colors to incorporate into your baths by zodiac sign.
